Payment:
On eCRATER, Tech Guys accepts payments by credit card through PayPal or Google Wallet. We also accept payment with personal check but your order may be delayed 2 weeks. If you contact us directly we accept payments over the phone by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. All payments are verified and any fraudulent activity is reported immediately to authorities. If you pay by check and it does not clear you must immediately resolve the payment in addition to a $25 fee or it will be turned over to authorities for prosecution.
Sales Tax:
All taxable goods delivered by 3rd party (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to California are taxed at 7.5%. You are responsible for paying any additional taxes that may occur at your location in or outside of California. If you order any displays delivered to California such as LCD displays the additional fee will be included (and payed by Tech Guys) or itemized separately.
Shipping:
Tech Guys usually ships by the next business day for in-stock items unless otherwise stated. If payment is made by personal check, product will not ship until check has cleared for 7-14 days. We only ship to the United States. Your shipping address must be a United States Postal Service (USPS) deliverable address in the United States.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for non-defective product. Make sure the item is what you need. If you have any questions or concerns contact us before ordering.
Warranty:
Most items we sell have a warranty through Tech Guys for 1 year unless otherwise stated. The manufacture may have additional warranties; contact us if you have questions regarding manufacture warranties. Before returning a defective item you must contact us first and receive a RMA number. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Privacy:
We collect information on all of our customers. We do not provide that information to 3rd parties unless a legal warrant has been issued, a crime has been committed against us, or you have used a 3rd party through us that collects information. You must review all privacy policies.
